18:30 hours: A global masterclass on the modern face of sweet wines celebrating 250 years of Spätlese. 
Heidi Schröck, Lászlo Meszaros (Suduiraut and Disznokó) and moderated by Lin Liu MW.

20:30 hours: A noble sweet wine dinner (5 course menu) with the sweet wine producers.
Moderated by Christina Fischer, Weinakademiker. 
Theme: Wine & Food Pairing “Sweetness meets Savoury”
